Tom is a founding principal of Eastlake Studio and has more than 35 years working on workplace interiors. He leads the firm as managing principal, overseeing project staffing and providing direction for larger projects. Tom can always be relied on for his sense of humor. He graduated from UIUC with a Master of Architecture degree and is a licensed architect . A past president of AIA Chicago, Tom currently serves his community as the chairman of River Forest’s Historic Preservation Commission.
Tom manages Eastlake’s relationships with Telos' leasing teams as well as property managers at Hines and the Tribune Company. He has directed Eastlake’s teams on several award-winning projects as well as most of Eastlake’s projects that have been featured in various media. In the recent past, Tom has provided direction for corporate headquarters for Mike’s Hard Lemonade and NCSA. However, he is proudest of Eastlake's national award for socially responsible design of the Cara Program, an organization that trains and motivates individuals affected by homelessness and poverty.
