Origami risk

222 W Merchandise Mart Plaza
10,000 square feet

Origami Risk has developed the most innovative and easiest to use risk management information system in their industry. They hired Eastlake to design a fully branded headquarters. In their new Merchandise Mart space, visitors are greeted by a dramatically lit logo with a flock of 3-D printed cranes in the reception. Angular forms and folded planes are woven throughout the space, subtly playing off origami folding patterns. Completely located in open office workstations, staff enjoy multiple options for collaboration, from private phone booths to casual meeting areas in the cafe, where people organically bump into each other. But Origami's new office does more than bring the company together into a fresh, new workplace — it re-establishes and markets Origami's brand and culture.
